At BarnDandys.com we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Sorry, we cannot accept mail-in orders, checks, money orders, cash or CODs.

Orders sent by Standard UPS service should be delivered within 5-10 business days. Saturday delivery is not available through UPS to all destinations. Packages under 2 lbs. will be sent USPS Priority Mail. If a specific receiving date is required please Email or Call with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it. Barn Dandys currently does not offer gift wrapping services.
Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature, and will be left at the door if no one is home. Please ship to a business/work address or specify in "Special Delivery Instructions" if a signature is required for delivery. Barn Dandys is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST and closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
Please Note: Because certain items offered on our website are handmade by Barn Dandys, they may require additional delivery time. Oversized items may have a delivery surcharge in addition to regular delivery charges. Call 918-396-2800 for charges on a specific item. The carrier will call you to arrange a delivery time and will deliver your order to your curbside. We suggest that you arrange extra help to move your order to its final destination. Barn Dandys does not ship items to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items shipped outside of the continental U.S. have a delivery surcharge per item in addition to the regular delivery charge. Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card. We have guaranteed the quality of our merchandise and the standard of excellence of our customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please call us at 918-396-2800. We regret we can not refund delivery charges, and we can not accept the return of customized or special order merchandise. Barn Dandys will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the receipt of merchandise for items purchased through our website. We are sorry but items purchased through other retail stores are non-returnable to us directly. Please contact the store that you purchased your items from for their return policy. Any items purchased via our website are not returnable to any of our retail stores.
